Warranty & Return
As a proof of confidence in the reliability of its products, SMUKY guarantees a 2-Year Warranty for all its products.
If during that time period the product fails to perform its functions correctly, it will be repaired or replaced by a new one.
If it is not possible to repair and / or products are not available for replacement, the customer will be refunded the purchase price of the defective product.
The customer must confirm the contents of the order before it is received. The acceptance of it, assumes that all items were in appropriate quantities and conditions.
The SMUKY has a policy of Satisfaction and Return. If for some reason not satisfied with any product, the customer may, within 15 days after receipt of order, settle the purchase agreement freely entered into through our online store from which to proceed to effect the return of the products acquired under the same conditions as they were on delivery.
If any accessory is damaged, missing or worn with the default of the customer, the value of such shares will be taken to return the value as prices in effect at the time of purchase.
As a matter of safety, all cartridges and liquid ordered can not be returned, since that could have been tampered with without the knowledge of SMUKY.
If these cartridges or liquid part of a product, the value will be calculated the same as selling prices separately in force at the time of order.
All offerings included with the product in return, must also be returned. If they do not, it will be removed from the value of such gifts to the value being returned, as prices in effect at the time of order.
